If the fountain you received does not create that feeling — whether because of a defect or because it simply does not fit your space — we will make it right. No stress, no rush, no hassle.

30 DAYS, ZERO PRESSURE
You have 30 calendar days from delivery. If you want to return the fountain, the reason is up to you:
- The water sound is different from what you expected
- The size does not work on your desk or nightstand
- The design does not match your decor
- You decided a fountain is not what you wanted after all
- No reason given — you just do not want it anymore
All accepted. No interrogation.

CONDITION FOR RETURNS
The fountain should be returned:
- Clean and dry — empty the water from the basin before packing
- All parts included — fountain base, 3 leaf tiers, pump, pump cover, power cord, natural river rocks, instruction manual
- Undamaged — no cracks in the basin, no broken leaf tiers, pump in working order
Original packaging is preferred. It was designed to protect the fountain in transit and offers the best protection for the return journey. If you discarded it, pack the fountain carefully in bubble wrap and a sturdy box.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If the fountain arrives with a problem — the pump does not work, a leaf tier is cracked, the LED does not illuminate, the basin leaks — do not worry. We take care of it.
- Check the basics first: Is the pump fully submerged? Is the water level at the fill line? Is the power cord plugged in? Sometimes a fountain that seems “broken” just needs a splash more water or a re-seated plug.
- If the issue is genuine: Take photos and email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- We ship a replacement immediately. Keep the defective fountain or dispose of it — no return required.
- If you prefer a partial refund instead of a replacement (for example, a minor cosmetic scratch that you can live with), just ask.
We never ask you to pay return shipping on a defective product.

HOW TO RETURN
- Email [email protected]. Subject: “Return Request.” Include your order number.
- We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
- Empty the water, dry and pack the fountain, attach the label, drop at the carrier.
- Once we receive and inspect the fountain, refund within 5 business days.
Return shipping: free. You pay nothing.

- Refund goes back to the card or PayPal account you used
- Processing: up to 5 business days after inspection
- Your bank may take 2-5 extra days to show the credit
- Sales tax is refunded with the product price
