We deliver to:
- United States — all 50 states, Washington DC, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
- Canada — all provinces and territories
No PO boxes. No APO/FPO addresses. No international destinations outside the US and Canada.

SHIPPING COST
Free. Always. Every order. The price you see — $19.99 — covers the fountain, the pump, the rocks, the packaging, and delivery to your door. There is no checkout surprise.

PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day. After 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays — the next business day.
Processing includes: order verification, quality inspection of the fountain and pump, careful packaging with protective inserts, and carrier handoff. Average time: 1–2 business days.

TRANSIT
After the carrier scans your package:
- Continental US: 3–5 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: 4–6 business days
- Canada: 4–7 business days
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is created. Delivery windows are estimates — weather, holidays, and peak shipping seasons can stretch timelines by a day or two.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Tabletop fountains are packed carefully, but carriers do not always treat packages gently. If your box arrives in rough shape:
- Photograph the box before opening
- Open and inspect the fountain and all components
- If anything is damaged, photograph it
- Email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
We send a replacement right away. No return of the damaged item is required. We handle the carrier claim ourselves.

MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the fountain is nowhere to be found:
- Check with neighbors, building management, and around your property
- Wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally scan packages before actual delivery)
- If still missing, email [email protected]
We work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we ship a replacement at no cost to you.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Wrong address? Email [email protected] immediately with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not shipped, we fix it. If it has shipped, we try to redirect with the carrier — not always possible, but we do our best.
