We sell a tabletop water fountain — a decorative piece that creates gentle water sounds through a 3-tiered leaf design with an integrated pump and LED illumination. Specifications (dimensions, materials, included components) are listed on the product page.

Colors and finishes may appear slightly different on your screen than in person. This is normal for any product viewed online.

The fountain requires access to a standard electrical outlet. It is designed for indoor use only. Keep it on a level surface and away from electronics that should not be near water.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept when we send your order confirmation email.

All prices are in US dollars. We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Sales tax is applied per your state and local requirements and shown at checkout before you pay.

If we cannot fulfill your order — for example, an inventory count error — we cancel it and refund you completely.

Free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. Estimated delivery windows: 5–10 business days continental US, 10–15 business days Alaska/Hawaii/territories/Canada.

Our Return Policy covers everything in full. Briefly: 30-day window, free return shipping, full refund for items in original condition. Defective products receive a replacement shipped immediately at no cost to you.

  1. PRODUCT CARE AND LIABILITY

Use the fountain as intended:

  • Fill the basin with clean water to the fill line. Do not run the pump without water — this will burn out the motor
  • Place the fountain on a level surface. Uneven surfaces may cause uneven water flow or tipping
  • Keep the power cord and plug away from water contact points
  • Unplug when not in use for extended periods
  • This is an indoor product. Do not use outdoors or expose to rain

HomeMartUSA is not liable for:

  • Damage from improper use (running dry, using outdoors, submersion of electrical components)
  • Water damage to surrounding surfaces (the fountain is designed to self-contain water, but splashing is possible — place it where minor water droplets will not cause damage)
  • Indirect or incidental damages from using or being unable to use the fountain
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control

Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the product.
