WHAT FLOWS TO US

When you order a tabletop fountain from HomeMartUSA, four pieces of information reach us:

• Your name — so we know who the fountain is for
• Your email address — so you get order confirmation and tracking
• Your shipping address — so the package goes to the right doorstep
• Your phone number — so the carrier can call if there is a delivery question

WHAT PASSES THROUGH — BUT NEVER STAYS

Your payment information flows through our site but never pools here. When you pay by credit card or PayPal, those details travel directly from your browser to the payment processor's secure servers via encrypted connection. We never see your full card number. We never store it. We receive only a confirmation: payment received.

Like water passing over the fountain's leaves — it touches them on the way down but does not stay in the leaves. The leaves return to their dry state. We return to having zero knowledge of your card details.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT

Your name, address, and email are used for exactly two purposes:

1. To fulfill your order — send the fountain to your address, email you a tracking number
2. To contact you if there is an order-related question or a product issue
